[Devel] bug atop a bug - unable to submit to tracker

Jonathan,

Thanks for the heads up about these bugs, and for the rather convenient
screenshots. I've fixed the broken link on the front page. I and/or Asheesh
will have a look at that lousy mailhost in the morning.

I'm cc'ing the small mailing list we have for developers.
