These are seeimingly caused by the MSNBot requesting CSS as if it were Internet Explorer.

But Raffi, can you look into these 404s sometime? Maybe they're CSS files you forgot to 
commit?

Those MSNBot crawls (combined with us serving static files from Apache) are causing the 
explosions on the linode. I will look into reasonable configuration changes to make.
